We actively manage factory utilization to maintain a perfect balance between manufacturing efficiency and operational flexibility, allowing us to absorb peak demands and urgent orders without increasing standard lead times.

Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 kg (1 ton) for standard inventory items. For custom storage rack manufacturing, the MOQ is a minimum order weight equivalent to a standard 20-foot shipping container (20 tons). We offer volume-based tiered pricing; unit costs decrease accordingly as order volume increases. Sample orders are exempt from standard MOQs.

We prioritize urgent orders through agile production scheduling, dedicated resource allocation, and direct coordination with our manufacturing team to meet tight deadlines. Throughout the expedited manufacturing process, we provide transparent, real-time tracking updates to keep clients aligned.

Our standard manufacturing lead time is 15 to 30 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt to ex-factory status. The exact delivery timeline depends on the rack type, total order quantity, custom engineering requirements, and our current production schedule.
