Q:What is the maximum output pressure of this device?

The maximum output pressure depends on the pressure of the driving gas source and the boost ratio of the pump. For the specific boost ratio of the 2DGD25 pump, you can consult the manufacturer. This configuration is mainly focused on optimizing the flow rate. If you need higher pressure, you can adjust the driving air source or select a different type of pump.

Q:Do the two pumps operate simultaneously or can they be switched?

This system operates in parallel and synchronously, and supplies gas simultaneously to increase the flow rate. Valves can also be installed as needed to enable the switch between single pump and dual pump operation (custom instructions required).

Q:Why was the pressure gauge at the entrance selected to be 15 MPa? What should the intake pressure be controlled at?

The 15MPa dial makes it easy to read the high-pressure intake value visually. The actual recommended intake pressure should not exceed the pump's allowable inlet pressure. Generally, it is recommended to be 10 MPa. The specific value should be referred to the pump's manual.

Q:Is the box explosion-proof?

This box is made of carbon steel sheet metal and is not explosion-proof. If there are any explosion-proof requirements, please inform us in advance. We can then change it to a flameproof or positive pressure explosion-proof box (custom service).

Q:Will the enlargement of the pipeline affect the sealing performance?

While increasing the diameter, all the joints are equipped with high-pressure-resistant PT threaded seals. They have undergone airtightness tests before leaving the factory, ensuring no leakage.
