Product Q&A

Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

We provide a 24-month warranty. If the chair cannot be used due to quality problems, we promise to change it for a new one or refund the customer's money directly via PayPal.

Q:Do you offer sample orders?

Yes, we welcome sample or trial orders before mass production. Generally, sample charges are twice the normal price, but we will refund the normal chair cost after the order is confirmed.

Q:Can I customize the product design?

Yes, we welcome customer design ideas or clear pictures. We can discuss the details and provide colorful cartons or embroidered logos on the chair.

Q:How do you handle customer complaints?

We provide a reasonable solution within 48 hours for all complaints. It is easier for us to handle issues if you can provide photos of the products with quality problems.

Q:What new products do you recommend?

We research and develop 3-5 new chair models every month and send them to our customers via email with quotations. Some are cheaper models, and some are never seen in the market.
