Q:Can I mix different colors and models in one order?

Surely yes. Mixed colors and models are acceptable in one 20GP or 40HQ container. We suggest 3-6 models.
Q:Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A:
Yes, we can. But customers should send us the drawing to check first, then we shall respond with the correct drawing for production.
Q:What is your policy for samples?
A:
We have to charge some cost on the actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge if you place a bulk order next time.
Q:How to order and what is the delivery time?
A:
Delivery time: About 20-35 days. First we need to know your specific door request and specs, then we issue related solutions. After that, we make the invoice and drawings for your approval. Once you approve both, 50% deposit will be arranged and production starts. After the order is finished, we take video or pictures for you, or you dispatch an inspector here, then collect the balance before shipping.
Q:Do you have stock?
A:
When your order is special and needs customization, we need to arrange it specially, just like a project schedule. Most of them need customization by specific size, color, lock type, materials, etc. So, we can pick up wholesaler orders or end-user project orders both.
