Smooth Inner Wall HDPE Butt Fusion Reducer Low Water Resistance Pipe Reducing Sleeve

HDPE reducer is extensively used for transiting fluid between two different pipe sizes. These fittings are compatible for heat butt fusion with black HDPE pipe or fittings. This HDPE Reducer has concentric design and ensures tight and leak proof connections in the pipelines. Highly suitable for water, industrial or natural gas applications, these reducers are resistant to corrosive chemicals and acids.

Currently, SUNPLAST can provide HDPE CONCENTRIC REDUCER only. HDPE Concentric reducer reduces the pipe in the center. So, if you're looking at the reducer head-on, you can see the smaller section is formed in the direct center of the larger side. HDPE Eccentric reducer reduces the pipe to the side. So, if you're looking at the reducer head-on, you can see the smaller section is against one side of the larger side.

To assure the best quality of the fittings, SUNPLAST generally adopts the most qualified PE100 materials from the worldwide, and those material are approved by PE100+ association,such as YGH041T from Sinopec, P6006 from Sabic & HE3490-LS from Borealis...etc.

To guarantee the safety of piping system, the HDPE fittings shall be equal to or higher pressure rating than pipeline. So for HDPE pipe in SDR13.6, you shall take the fittings in SDR13.6 or SDR11. The fittings in SDR17 is not suitable for SDR13.6 pipeline.
