Q:Do you offer OEM services?

Yes, OEM and ODM services are available, including customized packaging and free professional design support.

Q:What is your sample policy?

We can supply samples for free, but as PU Foam is the aerosol product with pressurized gas, it is dangerous goods, we only supply the Cured sample. The freight cost need to be prepaid by customers.

Q:Do you provide MSDS and technical data sheets?

Yes, we provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for all our products. These documents are essential for customs clearance and safe handling, especially for adhesive products classified as chemicals. We can also prepare them in multiple languages upon request.
