Q:How do you ensure quality?

Sunshine is a factory with 10 years of experience in nonwoven fabric, featuring high quality and competitive prices. We use imported machinery from Germany and specialize in 100% PP spun bonded nonwoven fabric. Our process includes material and accessories inspection upon arrival, in-line control at each step, general inspection, and fixing before packing. Third-party inspection is acceptable.
Q:What is the MOQ?
A:
Our normal MOQ is 5500kg for a 20ft container or 12500kg for a 40HQ container, with 1000kg per color. Small quantities via LCL are also acceptable, though charges will be higher. Please note that colors must be 1 ton per color. White and black colors are available as requested.
Q:Can you send samples?
A:
Yes, our nonwoven fabric sample parcels are free. The freight is collect. The sample size is 35cm x 25cm x 10cm with a weight below 0.5kgs.
Q:What are the available width and weight options?
A:
We offer standard line widths of 1.6m, 2.4m, and 3.2m. The nonwoven weight range is from 10gsm to 250gsm with various colors available.
