Q:Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, we have our own factory and trade team. We can supply professional technical support and the best service. We also handle CO, Form E, Form F, and Turkish embassy certification based on customer needs.

Q:How do you ensure quality?

Sunshine is a nonwoven fabric factory with 10 years of experience. We use imported German machinery and specialize in 100% PP spun bonded fabric. Quality control includes material inspection upon arrival, in-line control, pre-packing inspection, and third-party inspection acceptance.

Q:What is the MOQ?

Our normal MOQ is 5500kg per 20ft container or 12500kg per 40HQ, with 1000kg per color. Small quantities via LCL are acceptable but charges will be higher. Colors must be 1 ton per color, while white and black can be customized.

Q:Can you send samples?

Yes, our nonwoven fabric sample parcels are free, but freight is collect. The sample size is 35cm x 25cm x 10cm with a weight below 0.5kgs. We use 100% virgin Polypropylene material.

Q:Do you offer customization?

Yes, we can adjust fabric quality according to customer requirements. You can OEM your logo, and we can customize the quality and any color you need in our factory.
