Q:Are you a manufacturer?

Q:How do you ensure quality?

Sunshine is a factory specializing in 100% PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric for 10 years with imported German machinery. We conduct material inspection upon arrival, in-line control at each step, general inspection, and fixing before packing. Third-party inspection is acceptable.

Q:What is the MOQ?

Our normal MOQ is 5500kg for a 20ft container or 12500kg for a 40HQ container, with 1000kg per color. Small quantities via LCL are acceptable but charges will be higher. Please note colors must be 1 ton per color, while white and black can be as requested.

Q:Can you send samples?

Yes, our nonwoven fabric sample parcels are free. The size is 35cm x 25cm x 10cm with a weight below 0.5kgs, but the freight is collect.

Q:What customization options are available?

We offer customization for color, GSM (10-250gsm), and width. We also support OEM logo printing and can adjust fabric quality according to specific customer requirements.
