We are located in Zhangjiagang city, two hours driving from Shanghai. We are a factory specializing in beverage filling and packaging machines.

Q:What is your delivery time?

Normally 30-60 working days depending on the machine type. Water machines are faster, while carbonated drink machines are slower.

Q:How to install the machines and what is the cost?

We send engineers to your factory to install and train staff. You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation, and engineer wages of USD100/day/person. Alternatively, you can send engineers to our factory.

Q:How long does installation take?

Subject to the machine and factory conditions. If everything is ready, it takes about 10 to 25 days.

Q:What about spare parts?

We send one year's worth of easy-to-break spare parts for free. We suggest buying more units to save on costly international courier fees.
