AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryShanghai Sunway Curtain Material Co., Ltd. is identified as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory in China, supplying silicone sealants, adhesives, polyurethane foam, and related construction chemicals. The available evidence indicates established operations since 2005, export activity since 2016, broad international market coverage, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and substantial stated production resources, including multiple production lines, quality-control staff, and R&D engineers. However, the slices contain no sufficient evidence of after-sales service processes, customization arrangements, or specific customer cases. Production figures are inconsistent across the provided descriptions, so capacity should be verified before reliance.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory. Its factory is stated to be in Quzhou, Zhejiang, while the company is registered and addressed in Shanghai; the company description also identifies it as a silicone sealant manufacturer founded in 2005.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly reports ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certification for its management systems. These certifications support environmental and quality-management capability, although the slices do not provide certificate numbers, validity dates, or scope.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports 11–20 years of R&D engineer experience, eight product series with more than 30 varieties, and applications spanning construction, automotive, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, and solar photovoltaic products. These details support product-development breadth, but no specific patents, new-product achievements, or R&D outcomes are stated.

Production capacityThe supplier reports silicone sealant productivity of 100,000 tons, eight production lines, 21–30 quality-control staff, a factory in Zhejiang, and lead times of within 15 workdays off-peak and one month during peak season. Another company description states 12 automated production lines and annual capacity of 20,000 tons, creating a material inconsistency that should be verified, although the overall evidence still indicates established manufacturing capability.
