Q1: What are the payment terms for a new car?

Accepted Answer

100% TT: full payment in one transfer;

30% deposit  and 70% balance: after receiving the 30% deposit, we will provide you with a real video of the vehicle and the VIN (Chassis Number). Upon your confirmation, the remaining 70% balance is due within 5 working days.

Question 2

What are the payment terms for a used car?

Accepted Answer

Two options are available:

100% TT: full payment in one transfer;
30% deposit and  70% balance: after receiving the 30% deposit, we will arrange an independent third party inspection and provide you with the inspection report. After you receive the report and confirm that the vehicle's condition has no material discrepancy from the contract description, the remaining 70% balance is due within 3 working days.

Q3: Can I get my deposit back if the new car does not match the description?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

Provided that no actual loss has been incurred by our company, if the delivered vehicle's configuration does not match the invoice/contract description and both parties confirm this fact, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

Question 4

Q4: Can I get my deposit back if the new car has scratches or excessive mileage?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

If the vehicle has scratches, damage, or a mileage reading exceeding 100 km (normal delivery mileage for a new car is usually between 20 ~100 km) before delivery, beyond a reasonable range, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

Q5: Can I get my deposit back if the new car is delivered late?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but with a condition.

Provided that no actual loss has been incurred by our company, if the vehicle is not delivered within the agreed time, and we have failed to inform you of the true situation in time, failed to negotiate with you, or concealed the delay, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

This does not apply if we have informed you in advance and agreed on a new delivery schedule.

Q6: Can I get my deposit back if the used car does not match the inspection report?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

If the actual condition of the vehicle shows serious discrepancies from the third party inspection report, including but not limited to concealed major structural damage, odometer tampering, or a major accident history, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

Q7: Can I get my deposit back if the delivered used car does not match the contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

If the actual delivered vehicle's brand, model, year, or configuration does not match the contract, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

Question 8

Q8: If the used car I reserved is sold to another customer first, can I get my deposit back?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

If, due to our internal management reasons, the same vehicle is reserved and paid for by another customer before we can deliver it to you, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Question 9

Q9: If I cancel my order temporarily, can I get my deposit back?

Accepted Answer

It depends.

With a valid reason (e.g., sudden policy changes, payment restrictions, etc.): please provide supporting documents, and we will negotiate in good faith;

Without a valid reason (e.g., personal funding issues, change of mind, etc.): the deposit is non refundable

Q10: If I fail to pay the balance on time, can I get my deposit back?

Accepted Answer

No, and you may also bear additional losses.

If the buyer fails to pay the balance within the agreed time, resulting in the vehicle not being shipped on schedule and missing the booked vessel, any actual losses incurred, such as dead freight and container detention charges, shall be borne by the buyer. Consequently, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Question 11

Q11: If ocean freight surges and I want to cancel the order, can I get my deposit back?

Accepted Answer

Not in full.

If, shortly before shipment, the buyer unilaterally cancels the order due to market factors such as a surge in ocean freight, and we have already paid the manufacturer in full (nonrecoverable costs) and have completed booking with incurred freight and booking fees ...additionally, cancellation may result in dead freight ... these actual losses shall be borne by the buyer, and the deposit will not be refunded in full. Both parties may negotiate a partial refund, we provide receipts

Question 12

Q12: Will the vehicle price change? Will my order with a paid deposit be affected?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle prices are subject to market demand, raw material costs, and exchange rate fluctuations, so we adjust our quotations from time to time.

However, for orders with a paid deposit, the price is locked as per the contract and will not be affected by any subsequent price adjustments.

For inquiries without a paid deposit, please refer to our written quotation as the final basis. Historical adjustment ranges are typically between 5% ~ 15%  for reference only the actual quotation shall prevail

Question 13

Q13: Can I get my deposit back if the contract cannot be performed due to force majeure?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

If the contract cannot be performed at all due to force majeure, we will fully refund the deposit, and neither party shall bear liability for breach

If performance is partially impossible or delayed, both parties shall negotiate postponement, amendment, or termination of the contract, and the deposit shall be handled according to the mutual agreement.

a mere surge in ocean freight generally does not constitute force majeure ~ please refer to Q11 and Q12 for such cases.
