Sample cost and pastage should be borned by new customer for first time, and sample cost can be returned after order. Both cost will be borned by us for old customer.

T/T, L/C, Paypal or others are workable. For small amount, we prefer to being paid in advance. Big amount can be done by downpayment, and the balance by T/T against copy of original sea bill of lading. Or L/C and multiple payment terms. The payment terms or percentage is different for different region.
Goods value should be paid up in advance for air shipment.
