We offer a one-year warranty for instruments (total station, GNSS, auto level) and six months for accessories (prism, pole, tripod, leveling staff) from the day you receive the products.
Q:What are the accepted payment terms?
A:
We accept Online payment, Trade Assurance, Irrevocable LC at sight, Advance T/T, Escrow, and Western Union. Other payment terms can be discussed.
Q:What is the lead time for orders?
A:
For 1-5 sets, the lead time is 8 days. For 6-20 sets, it is 15 days. For orders over 20 sets, the lead time is to be negotiated.
