What is the warranty period?

We offer one year warranty for instruments (total station, GNSS, auto level) and six months warranty for accessories (prism, pole, tripod, leveling staff).

How do I handle warranty claims?

For product within the warranty period, please send us photos to show the problem. And then we will decide to send you parts or you send the instrument back to us to repair. Please make sure to contact us first instead of sending the damaged parts direct to us.

What are the payment terms?

Generally, we accept Online payment, Advance T/T and West union. If you prefer other payment terms, please let us know.
