The Vrtk model has a lifetime warranty. Generally, instruments like total stations and GNSS have a one-year warranty, while accessories have a six-month warranty.
Q:How accurate is the image stakeout?
A:
The image stakeout accuracy is 2cm, and the tilt survey accuracy is 8mm+0.7mm/ Tilt.
Q:What is the lead time for orders?
A:
The lead time is 5 working days after payment confirmation for orders of 5 pieces. For 6-20 pieces, it is 8 days. For orders over 50 pieces, the time is to be negotiated.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
