We offer one year warranty for instruments (total station, GNSS, auto level) and six months warranty for accessories (prism, pole, tripod, leveling staff) from the day you get the products.

How do I claim warranty?

For products within the warranty period, please send us photos to show the problem. We will decide to send parts or you send the instrument back to us to repair. Please contact us first instead of sending the damaged parts directly.

What is the lead time for delivery?

Lead time is 5 working days after payment confirmed. For 10 pieces it takes 3 days, for 11-30 pieces it takes 5 days, and for over 30 pieces it is to be negotiated.
