For instruments (total station, GNSS, auto level, Drone), we offer one year warranty. For accessories (prism, pole, tripod, leveling staff), we offer six months warranty from the day you get the products.

How to handle warranty claims?

For product within the warranty period, please send us photos to show the problem. Then we will decide to send you parts or you send the instrument back to us to repair. Please make sure to contact us first instead of sending the damaged parts direct to us.

What are the lead times?

Lead time for 1-5 sets is 8 days, 6-20 sets is 15 days, and for over 20 sets it is to be negotiated.
