We offer a one-year warranty for instruments (total station, GNSS, auto level) and a six-month warranty for accessories (prism, pole, tripod, leveling staff) from the day you receive the products.

Please contact us first with photos of the problem. We will decide whether to send parts or have you return the instrument for repair. We provide instrument technology training and reply to inquiries within 12 hours.
