AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a combined company with diesel generator-set production of 3,000 sets annually and one production line. It reports raw-material traceability and 100% finished-product inspection, but only one quality inspector and no ongoing quantity reconciliation for each batch or production volume. Customization from samples and ODM services are available. After-sales support is emphasized, with a one-year or 1,000-running-hour warranty, while formal complaint-handling, corrective-action, and service-capability procedures or records are absent. Financial information is labeled by year but contains no assessable financial results. The supplier has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent or branch, or offline trade-show participation, and reported no new products in the past year. No certifications or customer cases are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as a combined company and is not identified as an offshore company. This supports classification as a combined domestic supplier rather than an offshore entity.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no new products in the past year and no available SDK, which are explicit limitations. It does offer ODM services, but the overall evidence does not demonstrate strong ongoing product innovation.

Production capacityThe supplier reports annual diesel-generator-set output of 3,000 sets and one production line, with 100% finished-product inspection and raw-material traceability. However, only one quality inspector is listed and the factory does not continuously reconcile quantities for every batch or production volume, limiting evidence of production-control robustness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples and ODM services. These statements directly support the availability of product customization and design-manufacturing adaptation.
