YES! The mop head spins in the water AND there is a drying spinner.
Q:How do you get it to spin the water out?
A:
You put it in the white basket an push down on the handle works great.
Q:How tall is the handle? Do you recommend the extension?

I'm 5'6' and don't need a extension.
Q:About how large is the mop head?
A:
About 14 inch diameter total. Base (where it snaps on) is about 6 inch diameter.
Q:Does this product work well for Ceramic Tile flooring?
A:
I am sure it will. I have not used it on my tile yet only hardwood floorsa.
