We offer POM, PEEK, Polyimide, PTFE, PVDF, UHMW-PE, and PA6 in both sheet and rod forms. Each material offers distinct properties for different industrial applications.

A:
Sheets: Thickness from 1mm to 200mm, standard size 1000x2000mm or customized.
Rods: Diameter from 5mm to 150mm, length up to 1000mm.
Custom sizes are available upon request.If you need other sizes, you can inquire with our staff whether the product is in stock or requires customization .
Q:What is the maximum continuous service temperature for each material?

POM: 85-95C
PEEK: 240-260C
Polyimide: 260C (up to 300C for short periods)
PTFE: 260C
PVDF: 140-150C
UHMW-PE: 80-100C
PA6: 80-100C (heat stabilized grades up to 120C)
PBI: 310C
