For product production: - Silicone products: Minimum 3 days including mold customization. - Cylinder products: Standard models take 1 week; 1:1 High-end custom models take 3 weeks. - Valve products: Standard models take 1 week; 1:1 High-end custom models take 3 weeks.

In-stock items are shipped within 1 to 3 days. If delivery is delayed, compensation will be provided based on specific contract terms: - For a delay of 1 to 3 weeks beyond the agreed time, we will compensate 1 percent of the total product value. - For a delay of more than 3 weeks beyond the agreed time, we will compensate 3 percent of the total product value.

The quote is valid for 7 days. A new quote is required after 7 days, otherwise the original payment will not be valid.
