Mold customization takes a minimum of 10 days, depending on mold size and production complexity. For product production: - Silicone products: Minimum 3 days including mold customization. - Cylinder products: Standard models take 1 week; 1:1 High-end custom models take 3 weeks. - Valve products: Standard models take 1 week; 1:1 High-end custom models take 3 weeks.

In-stock items are shipped within 1 to 3 days. If delivery is delayed, compensation will be provided based on specific contract terms: - For a delay of 1 to 3 weeks beyond the agreed time, we will compensate 1 percent of the total product value. - For a delay of more than 3 weeks beyond the agreed time, we will compensate 3 percent of the total product value.

The quote is valid for 7 days. A new quote is required after 7 days, otherwise the original payment will not be valid.

The arrival times vary by payment method: - Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay: Funds arrive within 1 to 2 hours of payment. - T/T Payment: Payments to standard T/T accounts take 3 to 7 business days; payments to local T/T accounts take 1 to 2 business days. - Boleto: 3 to 4 business days. - Pay Later: 1 to 3 business days. - Western Union: 1 business day.
