Q:What material can this tube mill process?
A:
It can process carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel. Customized version for aluminum tube is optional.
Q:What tube size can your tube mill produce?
A:
We customize the machine according to your finished tube OD, wall thickness and production speed. Round tube, square tube and rectangular tube are available.
Q:What is the production speed?
A:
Speed depends on tube dimension and material. For small thin-wall carbon tube, the max speed can reach 120 m/min. Thick wall and stainless steel run slower.
Q:Do you provide all auxiliary machines together?
A:
Yes. We can supply the whole line including uncoiler, forming section, welding unit, sizing, straightening, flying saw cut-off and cooling system. Separate purchase is also acceptable.
Q:What about the welding quality of the pipe?
A:
Weld seam is stable. Optional online weld inspection device (eddy current testing) is available to detect cracks and defects.
