Q:Can I get a sample?

Regular products such as satin shower hinges, glass clamps, and sliding door hardware are accepted by sample order. Please inform us of the product model numbers and your requirements, and we will confirm it for you as soon as possible.

Q:Do you provide free sampling?

We are honored to offer samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, but the samples themselves are free. This charge will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.

Q:Can you provide certifications?

Q:What is your payment method?

In general, we accept 30% T/T deposit and balance payment before shipment. For big orders, we can offer the best payment method.
