Q:In which product packaging can transparent spout bags be used?
A:
Transparent spout pouches for multi-scene general use:
Food packaging: Fruit juice, fruit puree, ketchup, etc.
Cosmetics packaging: Toner, essence, body lotion refill bags, etc.
Daily necessities packaging: Laundry detergent, disinfectant refill bags, etc.
Pet supplies: Nutrient solution, soft packaging for pet liquid food cans, etc.
All are made of food-grade transparent composite films, compatible with hot and cold filling of liquid and paste materials.
Q:How many colors does the printing support? Can digital printing be done on transparent bags?
A:
The factory is equipped with 10 - color gravure printing and also provides small - batch digital printing. For transparent bags, the standard process is for a shiny surface, and a matte surface can be customized. It supports printing of customers' LOGOs and patterns. The printing inks for food/cosmetics transparent spout bags are all environmentally friendly inks.
Q:How is the barrier property of the transparent bag? Can it hold fruit juice and easily oxidized liquids?
A:
The ordinary transparent PET+NY+PE is a medium-barrier transparent spout pouch, suitable for short-term storage of sauces, toiletries, and baby food. If high oxygen barrier and light protection are required, the EVOH transparent barrier film structure can be selected. It can extend the shelf life of liquids affecting without transparency and is a customizable solution for transparent stand-up spout pouches.
Q:Can you provide samples? What about sample the cost and shipping method?
A:
The existing transparent suction nozzle bag samples are free of charge, and the customer bears the international express shipping fee. A small plate-making fee is charged for custom printing proofing, and the plate-making fee can be refunded after the bulk order is confirmed. The samples will be sent by DHL/Fedex within 5 - 7 days for the customer to quickly test the material and sealing performance.
Q:How are the finished products packed and transported? What is the shipping packaging?
A:
The products are sub-packaged in transparent suction nozzle inner bags and moisture-proof PE bags. The outer layer uses export-standard corrugated cartons as shipping packaging. The cartons are reinforced to prevent compression and moisture. They can be shipped full in containers or less-than-container loads, and the ports of departure include Tianjin, Qingdao and other ports.
