Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Is mixed loading allowed?

Electric logistics vehicles, agricultural tricycles, and off-road vehicles require 2 units each. EV chargers require 1 unit. Mixed loading is supported with a maximum of 5 product categories per container and a total order value of at least $5,000.
Q:What is included in the quotation? Does it cover freight and certification fees?
A:
Quotations are based on FOB China Main Ports (Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao). Included: Ex-factory price, standard packaging, and domestic inland freight. Excluded: International ocean freight, destination port clearance, import tariff, and certification fees.
Q:What are the payment terms? Do you accept Letter of Credit (L/C)?
A:
Standard term is 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance against Bill of Lading copy. Irrevocable Sight L/C is acceptable for orders over $20,000. For new clients, 100% T/T is required.
Q:What is the production lead time and delivery cycle?
A:
Production lead time is 30 days for standard models, 60 days for customized products, and 15 days for EV chargers. Sea freight takes 28-35 days to Europe, 35-45 days to Africa, 20-25 days to the Middle East, and 7-15 days to Southeast Asia.
