Yes, we strictly manufacture 100% genuine carbon fiber plates and tubes. Our standard sheets are pressed using high-strength T300 and T700 carbon fiber yarn (or equivalent high-modulus fibers) combined with high-grade epoxy resin. We do not use any fiberglass cores unless explicitly requested by the client for specific budget-friendly projects.

Our raw carbon fiber plates are hot-press molded completely in-house. We can press sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 20.0mm. Our maximum sheet dimensions are 4.0 meters (Length) x 2.0 meters (Width), which is ideal for oversized structural panels or large-format automotive, marine, and industrial chassis.

Delamination (interlayer splitting) is the biggest failure point for composite parts. We prevent this through: Optimized Resin-to-Fiber Ratio: Ensuring extremely high interlayer shear strength during plate pressing. Specialized Tooling: Using custom-coated diamond/carbide compression routers designed specifically for carbon fiber. Spindle Speed & Feed Control: Carefully programming feed rates and spindle speeds on our multi-axis routers to ensure a clean, smooth, and burr-free edge finish.

Yes. We can perform custom 45-degree and round edge-chamfering (beveling) of various depths to make the edges smooth to the touch. We also perform high-precision countersinking (milled sinkholes) strictly according to your mechanical drawings, ensuring screws sit flush with the carbon plate surface.

Yes. We manufacture high-strength, roll-wrapped carbon fiber tubes. We offer: Shapes: Round, square, rectangular, oval, and telescopic tubing systems. CNC Processing on Tubes: We can precision CNC-drill holes, cut slots, and mill shapes on carbon tubes to fit your anodized aluminum connectors and mounting brackets.
