Our raw carbon fiber plates are hot-press molded completely in-house. We can press sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 20.0mm. Our maximum sheet dimensions are 4.0 meters (Length) x 2.0 meters (Width), which is ideal for oversized structural panels or large-format automotive, marine, and industrial chassis.
Q:How do you prevent edge delamination and burrs during high-speed CNC routing?
A:
We prevent this through: Optimized Resin-to-Fiber Ratio ensuring extremely high interlayer shear strength; Specialized Tooling using custom-coated diamond/carbide compression routers; and Spindle Speed & Feed Control programming to ensure a clean, smooth, and burr-free edge finish.
Q:Can you perform custom edge-chamfering and countersunk holes?
A:
Yes. We can perform custom 45-degree and round edge-chamfering of various depths to make the edges smooth to the touch. We also perform high-precision countersinking strictly according to your mechanical drawings, ensuring screws sit flush with the carbon plate surface.
Q:Do you supply carbon fiber tubes, and can they be custom-shaped?

Yes. We manufacture high-strength, roll-wrapped carbon fiber tubes offering Round, square, rectangular, oval, and telescopic tubing systems. We can precision CNC-drill holes, cut slots, and mill shapes on carbon tubes to fit your anodized aluminum connectors and mounting brackets.
Q:What CAD drawing file formats do you accept for quoting and production?

For 3D models, we accept STP, STEP, and IGS. For 2D flat layouts, we accept DXF and DWG.
