Q:Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?

Our machines are fool-style operation design, very easy to operate. Besides, before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines' functions and to teach you how to use them.

Q:What is the warranty period?

Warranty time is one year from the date the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely, but travel and hotel expenses should be counted on buyer.

Q:What is the response time for maintenance services?

For any malfunction, once you inquire us, we will reply within 48 hours except special reasons.
