Our machines are fool-style operation design, very easy to operate. Besides, before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines' functions and to teach you how to use them.

Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

Warranty time is one year from the date the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely, but travel and hotel expenses should be counted on buyer.

Q:Do you provide after-sales service and training?

Yes, engineers will provide installation, commissioning, and training services. They will not leave until your staff can operate the machine properly and normally.
