Q:Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?

Our machines are fool-style operation design, very easy to operate. Besides, before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines' functions and to teach you how to use them.

Q:What is the warranty period?

One year from the date the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except wrong operation is repaired freely, but travel and hotel expenses are on the buyer.

Q:Do you provide installation and training services?

Yes, our engineers will install and commission the product at your site and train your staff until they can operate it properly. They will not leave until you agree.
