After sales, engineer will be send to fields installation, training and commissioning.

Q:Are your machines difficult to operate?

Our machines are fool-style operation design, very easy to operate. Besides, before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines' functions and to teach you how to use them.

Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

Warranty time is one year from the date the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely, but travel and hotel expenses should be counted on buyer.

Q:Do you provide installation and training services?

Yes, our engineers will install and commission the product at the demand side. They will not leave until you agree. Engineers will also train your staff to operate it properly and normally.
