Our machines are fool-style operation design, very easy to operate. Besides, before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines' functions and to teach you how to use them.

Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

Warranty time is one year from the date the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely, but travel and hotel expenses should be counted on buyer.

Q:What after-sales services do you provide?

We provide commissioning services where engineers stay until agreement is reached, training services until staff can operate properly, maintenance replies within 48 hours, lifelong services with discounted spare parts, certificate services, and inspection services.
