Q:Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?

Our machines are fool-style operation design, very easy to operate. Besides, before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines' functions and to teach you how to use them.

Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

Warranty time is one year from the date the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely, but travel and hotel expenses are on the buyer.

Q:What materials are used for the parts touching the product?

Touch material parts are made of SUS316L or SUS304, with boiler body and pipe surface mirror polished to sanitation grade, accords with Daily Chemical and GMP regulation.
