Q:Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?

Our machines are fool-style operation design, very easy to operate. Besides, before delivery we will shoot instruction video to introduce machines' functions and to teach you how to use them.

Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

Warranty time is one year from the date the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely, but travel and hotel expenses should be counted on buyer.

Q:What after-sales services are provided?

We provide overseas installation, commissioning, and staff training. Engineers will not leave until you agree and staff can operate properly. We also offer 48-hour reply for malfunctions and lifelong spare parts supply.
