We require 50% prepayment and 50% balance before air shipping, or 50% balance against copy of sea shipping documents. Payment is accepted via T/T or L/C. Other terms are negotiable.

We conduct 100% inspection during production and shoulder responsibility for quality issues caused by us. Please send detailed information including quantity, batch number, problem description, and pictures. Sending problem samples back helps find the root cause.
