Performs IEC 60529 IPX5 and IPX6 water jet tests in one system.
Optional ISO 20653:2023 IPX6K configuration is available for high-pressure water jet testing.
Open-type structure and handheld nozzles provide flexible testing from all practical directions.
A 550 L SUS304 water tank and stainless-steel multistage pump provide a stable water supply.
Flow is adjusted through the flow meter according to the selected IPX5, IPX6 or IPX6K test level.
The 600 mm bi-directional turntable and AC 220 V specimen power supply support energized testing.
Standard push-button and timer control is provided, with PLC touchscreen control available as an option.
SUS304 construction and leakage, low-water and short-circuit protection support regular laboratory use.
The complete equipment can be customized, including test functions, structure, water system, nozzles, turntable, fixtures, load capacity, control system, power supply and installation layout.
CE documentation and third-party calibration certificates can be provided.

Q:What is the difference between IPX5, IPX6 and IPX6K?
A:
IPX5 uses a 6.3 mm nozzle with a flow rate of 12.5 +/- 0.625 L/min. IPX6 uses a 12.5 mm nozzle with a flow rate of 100 +/- 5 L/min. IPX6K uses a 6.3 mm nozzle with a flow rate of 75 +/- 3.75 L/min and a water pressure of approximately 1000 kPa.
Q:Is IPX6K included in the standard equipment?
A:
No. The standard equipment supports IPX5 and IPX6. IPX6K is optional and requires a corresponding high-pressure pump and water circuit.
Q:Is PLC touchscreen control available?
A:
Yes. Push-button and time-relay control is standard. PLC touchscreen control is available as an option.
Q:Does PLC control make the nozzle automatic?
A:
No. The standard open-type nozzle remains handheld. The PLC controls the test settings and equipment operation, but it does not move the nozzle automatically.
Q:Is this an enclosed water jet test chamber?
A:
No. It is open-type water jet test equipment. It should be installed in a dedicated area with suitable splash protection and drainage.
