AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a Suzhou-based trading company associated with the information transmission, software, and information technology services sector. Its stated scope includes communications, network, and cloud-computing equipment manufacturing and sales, subject to relevant approvals. It provides OEM and ODM services, customization from designs and samples, and raw-material traceability, but finished-product inspection is based on random inspection with one quality inspector reported. The supplier holds ISO9001:2015 and CE certifications. Service procedures, complaint handling, and corrective actions are documented and followed, while overseas service infrastructure is absent. Financial information is represented only by year labels, so credibility cannot be assessed. Innovation evidence is limited: two R&D engineers are reported, but no new products were launched in the past year and no SDK or 3D software design service is available. No Fortune 500 cooperation is reported, although repeat...

CertificationsThe supplier reports an ISO9001:2015 management-system certificate and CE certification, and CE is also identified for product compliance. These are explicit certifications supporting quality-management and product-compliance capability.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written and followed procedures for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaints. However, it reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent or branch, and no overseas services in the stated country count, indicating documented service processes but limited overseas service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports two R&D engineers and offers ODM services, but has no available SDK, provides no 3D software design service, and launched no new products in the past year. The evidence therefore shows some development support but limited recent innovation output and tool capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from designs and samples and also offers ODM services. These statements directly support its ability to undertake customized product development or production.
