This machine is designed for nuts and beans, capable of efficiently sorting a variety of materials including apricot kernels, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, cashews, and more. Through three layers of interchangeable vibrating screens, it can accurately separate materials into three or more grades simultaneously to meet the storage and sales requirements of different markets and customers.

The screens are not fixed; the aperture is adjustable and replaceable within the range of 6-10mm. You can flexibly select and change screens with different apertures according to the type of nuts or beans and your required grading standards, achieving the most precise size grading.

We ensure a low breakage rate through two core designs: First, a professional tubular feeding system ensures even distribution and smooth transportation of nuts, preventing damage caused by pile-up and collision. Second, the well-designed vibrating screens provide a gentle and efficient sorting process, maximizing the protection of the material's integrity.
