Yes. The 2046350 comes as a complete assembly with 15 scraper bars already bolted to the chain at the correct spacing, plus all mounting bolts. You do not need to transfer scrapers from the old chain or assemble it from loose components.

There is no fixed hour count. Check chain elongation and scraper wear every 50 operating hours. Replace the assembly when the chain jumps teeth on the sprocket, when elongation exceeds the limit, when scraper bars wear thin, or when side plates crack. With proper tension and daily cleaning, most chains last one to two paving seasons.

We do not recommend it. The scraper bar bottom edges wear against the floor plate and become thin or uneven. Reusing worn scrapers on a new chain reduces conveying efficiency and can gouge the floor plate. The 2046350 includes new scrapers, so the whole wear surface is fresh.
