Yes. We refund mold fees fully if you reach the agreed order volume within 2 years. Simple molds: 7-10 working days; complex molds: 12-18 working days. Free CAD design is available.
Q:What alloys do you offer? How to pick the right one?

We supply 6063-T5, 6063-T6 and 6061-T6 for different usage. Our engineers will give free professional suggestions.
Q:What is your sea shipment packing? Will products get damaged?
A:
Each profile is wrapped with protective film, bundled and fixed with wooden frames. It prevents scratches and deformation during long transit.
Q:Are samples free? How long for sample delivery?
A:
Standard samples are free (you pay shipping). Custom samples cost a little, which can be deducted in bulk orders. Samples are ready in 3-5 working days via DHL/FedEx.
