Q:What is the cutout size of WEST 8100? Can it directly replace old temperature controllers?

WEST 4100 adopts standard 1/4 DIN dimension with panel cutout size 96*96mm. It is fully backward compatible with old N4100 model, same cutout dimension and rear terminal layout, direct replacement without cabinet panel modification.
Q:What input signals does WEST 8100 support? Do I need to adjust internal jumpers?
A:
It adopts jumper-free universal auto-detect input. Compatible with K/J/R/S/T/B/N thermocouples, 3-wire PT100, 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V and mV signals. You only need to adjust parameters to switch signal types, no internal jumper modification required.
Q:Are outputs modular? Can I change output type later after purchase?
A:
It adopts pluggable modular output design, with optional relay contact, SSR drive, 4-20mA transmission and alarm output modules. If you need to change control mode later, you only need to replace the output module instead of the whole unit, effectively reducing inventory cost.
Q:What is the power supply range? Are there international certificates for export?
A:
Standard wide power supply 90-264VAC, 24V AC/DC version is available on request. Certified with CE, RoHS and UKCA, front panel IP66 protection, operating temperature range 0~55, stable performance for global equipment matching and export.
