Solvent-based glue is a Class 3 flammable liquid, which requires UN-marked dangerous goods packaging and a dangerous goods packaging certificate; water-based glue and hot melt glue are usually non-dangerous and transported as ordinary chemicals, and MSDS is required for all.

We support TT wire transfer and DP collection. For new customers, we recommend 30% advance payment + 70% payment upon receipt of the bill of lading copy; for old customers, a more flexible payment ratio can be negotiated (such as 20% advance payment + 80% final payment).

The order can be modified or canceled for free before production starts; if production has started, the customer needs to bear the incurred raw material and labor costs, and the specific ratio shall be determined through negotiation.

The regular quote is EXW (Ex Works) price, excluding freight and customs duties; we can provide FOB, CIF and other quotation methods to clarify the included costs, and the customs duties shall be borne by the customer in accordance with the regulations of the destination country's customs.

What to do if quality problems are found after receiving the goods?

Accepted Answer

Within 7 days after receiving the goods, provide clear photos/videos of the problem and order documents. After verification that it is indeed a product quality problem, we will reissue, exchange goods for free, or refund the corresponding payment, and bear the return freight.
