The shelf life is 6-12 months (depending on the model). Storage requires sealing, cool and dry environment, away from fire sources, and avoiding direct sunlight; solvent-based glue should be stored separately in accordance with dangerous goods storage standards.

We support TT wire transfer and DP collection. For new customers, we recommend 30% advance payment + 70% payment upon receipt of the bill of lading copy; for old customers, a more flexible payment ratio can be negotiated (such as 20% advance payment + 80% final payment).

Within 7 days after receiving the goods, provide clear photos/videos of the problem and order documents. After verification that it is indeed a product quality problem, we will reissue, exchange goods for free, or refund the corresponding payment, and bear the return freight.
