Q:Will the guide wheel wear quickly and break molybdenum wire easily?

The wheel is made of CR12 alloy steel / black gem with mirror-polished wire groove. High hardness and smooth surface greatly reduce molybdenum wire abrasion, effectively solve wire breakage, shaking and deviation, and improve workpiece surface finish.
Q:How often should I replace the guide wheel assembly?
A:
Replace every 3to6 months for normal mold processing; replace every 2to3 months for high-frequency mass hardware cutting. Regularly clean metal powder inside the wire groove to extend service life.
Q:What is the function of double-layer blue sealing rings?
A:
The double waterproof sealing structure blocks emulsified fluid and cutting fluid from entering bearings to avoid rust and stuck rotation. Its service life is 2to3 times longer than single seal guide wheels lowering your replacement cost.
