AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a professional technical machinery supplier, offering customization from samples and designs. It reports production of 1,000 pieces each for coffee roasters, meat-processing machinery, food machinery, fruit and vegetable processing machinery, and tablet presses, with exports representing 90% of total sales and markets across multiple global regions. The company states it was founded in 2011 and has served customers in numerous countries. Customer complaints are handled through a clear procedure with records. However, there is no reported new product development in the past year, no ODM, SDK, 3D software design, overseas warehouse, showroom, overseas agent or branch, or offline trade-show participation. Quality assurance, traceability, environmental assessment, and fire-drill status are unknown; testing equipment is reported as zero. Financial records are referenced for 2021–2023, but no financial figures are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier explicitly identifies itself as a professional technical supplier and describes machinery production across five equipment categories. Its reported international customer base and broad export-market coverage support classification as an export-oriented machinery supplier.

After-Sales capabilityThe company claims professional after-sales service and has a clear customer-complaint procedure with followed records. However, it reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, overseas agent, or branch, which limits evidence of localized overseas support.

R&D capabilityInnovation evidence is weak: the supplier reports no new products in the past year, no ODM service, no SDK, and no 3D software design capability. It has one R&D engineer responsible for technical support, but this does not establish strong product-development capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports annual production of 1,000 pieces in each of five machinery categories and exports to markets spanning multiple global regions. This is explicit evidence of established multi-category production and export capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from samples and customization from designs. These stated services demonstrate both sample-based and design-based customization capability, although 3D software design is not available.

Client casesThe company states that it serves customers worldwide and lists customer countries across Europe, North America, Asia, Oceania, and Africa. These statements provide evidence of international customer experience, although no individual customer names, project details, or verifiable case outcomes are supplied.
