Check if the electricity is connected to the machine. The power indicator should show a red light. Then operate as shown in the manual.

Q:What if the UV light is on but the belt stops running?

Turn on the lamp quickly; the machine may turn off automatically. Check the conveyor motor on the unloading side. If needed, replace the speed controller. We ship an extra speed controller with each unit.

Q:What if the light turns on twice and then fails to light again?

Check if your power supply is 220V +/- 5% at 50Hz. If it is below this range, keep the power supply steady. Our standard machine requires this specific voltage.

Q:What if the light cannot dry the product completely?

The lamp average lifetime is 800 hours. If exceeded, replace the lamp. Check the ignitor, transformer, and connections. If any part needs replacement within one year, we supply it for free.
