Q:What if the UV light cannot turn on?

Check if electricity is connected to the machine. The power indicator should show a red light. Follow the manual instructions. If the issue persists, check the motor on the unloading side of the belt.

Q:What if the UV light is on but the belt stops running?

Turn on the lamp quickly and wait for the machine to power off automatically. Then check the conveyor motor. If replacing the motor is needed, check the speed controller. We ship an extra speed controller with each unit.

Q:What if the light turns on twice and then fails to light again?

Check your power supply is 220V +/-5% at 50Hz. If the voltage is outside this range, keep the power supply steady. Our standard machines require this specific voltage range.
